Save the date for the 7th annual Swim for Melissa: August 10 & 11, 2012
The 7th annual Swim for Melissa begins at with a festive Miracle Bash. Guests will enjoy dinner, live and silent auctions and dancing to the tunes of a popular band.
Then, the fun will continue on Saturday at Swim for Melissa at Hampton Cove Pool. Children ages 4-16 are invited to raise money for Melissa’s fund and participate in a non-competitive swim. It’s sure to be a day of family fun for a great cause, all while teaching children the importance of caring and sharing.
Proceeds from the 7th annual Swim for Melissa will benefit the Melissa George Neonatal Memorial Fund at Huntsville Hospital Foundation. Please check back to find out when swimmer registration will be available. Invitations to the Miracle Bash will be mailed in July. Thank you to everyone who attended the 6th annual Swim for Melissa and Miracle Bash this past weekend. It was one incredible weekend that would not have been possible without the generous support of sponsors, volunteers, attendees and participants! All proceeds will be used to provide much needed cutting-edge equipment and program support for Huntsville Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
